Love it or return it. We want you to be completely obsessed with your Lumipop purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@lumipop.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
